*Cloud subscription is subject to a fee, with monthly advance payment, and is valid for one user. The following cancellation periods apply:

– 1 month term: 7 days prior to subscription expiration
– 12 month term: 30 days prior to subscription expiration date
– 36 month term: 90 days of the subscription

If you do not cancel the subscription in due time before its expiration, the subscription will be automatically renewed for the previously booked subscription term. 

**With the acquisition of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central license, the conclusion of an Enhancement Plan (EP) is also connected. The EP has an initial term of 12 months and costs 18 % of the list sales price of the total license volume purchased annually in advance. Calculation example: 3 x Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials = 4,500 Euro, 18 % of which = 810 Euro annually in advance for the Enhancement Plan. The EP is extended and calculated with each license extension / new order. The EP can be cancelled in writing 90 days prior to expiry. After expiration by cancellation of the EP, the acquired licenses of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central can continue to be used, but can no longer be updated, extended or changed in any way.

*The cloud subscription of the additional storage for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Online (Cloud) is subject to a fee. In addition, it has a term of twelve (12) months with monthly prepayment and is valid for one tenant. If you do not cancel the subscription to the additional storage for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Online (Cloud) thirty (30) days prior to expiration, the term will automatically renew for twelve (12) months.

Continia Document Capture lets you capture, recognize, process, and store incoming documents (e.g., emails).

The price of the Continia Document Capture add-on varies depending on whether you use Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud or On-Premises.

Continia Document Capture Cloud

In the case of Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud, the price depends on the number of documents registered per month and is therefore very individual. For this reason, only example scenarios are given here. Please note that the gradations range from 0 to a maximum of 99,999 documents per month.

The price for on-premises use, on the other hand, depends on the users who work with the product. It does not matter how many documents are registered.

**With the purchase of an On-Premises license, an annual maintenance fee is due at the same time, which increases annually by 5%. The maintenance fee is

Named Expense User vs. Active Expense User

The price for the Continia Expense Management add-on depends on how active your users are. First of all, the Named Expense Users (= number of user logins created) are charged. However, if 50% of your Named Expense Users are inactive in a given month, you will save money because you will then be billed via the Active Expense Users (= Active Users who have sent invoices such as purchases, kilometers or per diems). In other words, in case the majority of your Named Expense Users have been inactive and have not submitted travel expenses to Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will receive a discount.

Conveniently, Continia always automatically selects the most favorable settlement for each calendar month. For example, if you have a quiet vacation month in summer, you will automatically be billed according to the Active Expense Users and then the next month, when it would be more favorable for you, you will be billed again via the Named Expense Users.

Continia Expense Management On-Premises*

*With the purchase of an on-premises license, an annual maintenance fee is due, which increases by 5% per year. The maintenance amount is 18% of the license volume. 

With OPplus 365 you can organize your payment transactions (e.g. overview of open items, payment exchange).
