In a nutshell: We always use the standard ERP solution Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV/Navision) as a basis and add other technologies such as Microsoft Office 365, the Microsoft Power Platform and industry-specific add-ons. If necessary, we also programme individual adaptations for you. This distinguishes us significantly from our competitors. Your system remains updateable and you remain independent of the partner company.
1 Standard ERP solution
“Surely our processes are far too individual for a standard solution?” Wrong! Experience shows that we can map around 90% of our projects in the standard Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The system standard includes all processes from the areas of finance, warehouse, supply chain, personnel, production & assembly, projects and service.
2Add-Ons and customisations
If the standard solution is not sufficient, we can easily solve some challenges with add-ons and products from Microsoft (e.g. Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform).

Entry and process orders
Dynamics 365 Business Central networks all sales and purchasing processes, taking warehouse data into account. This means that the movement of goods in the company – from receipt, through stock transfer and order picking to dispatch – is always transparent. The processes are intuitive to use and can also be accessed on the move.
In the system standard, you can enter your orders manually, but also automatically via Outlook. All data is recorded (e.g. contact data, item data, shipping data, communication). It is possible to work with different units (e.g. hours, kilos, packages).

With Anveo’s Mobile App, your consultants can easily access Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV/Navision). And this is independent of network coverage and even offline. The module is ideal for employees in the field and service technicians.

Pallet account or load carrier management (customisation)
If necessary, we programme an adjustment for the overview of pallet movements:
- How many pallets do we owe the customer?
- Did we deliver the pallets to the customer?
- How many pallets does the customer owe us?
- Did we receive the pallets from the customer?
- We will programme a corresponding functionality for you.

Conversion factors (customisation)
But if, for example, you maintain your articles (e.g. floor coverings) in pieces but sell them in square metres, this requires an adjustment in the system. We can programme an individual adjustment for you, with the help of which the system extrapolates to full packages in the case of enquiries, i.e. automatically rounds up to full package units.

With our app anaptis Configuration you can easily build your own product variants with individual assembly parts lists.
Plan and control (intelligent and automated)
In the building materials industry, fluctuations in demand and supply bottlenecks are not uncommon nowadays. This makes flexible and fast planning and control of the company all the more important. With Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can plan your production based on demand forecasts. As far as material requirements planning is concerned, you receive intelligent recommendations for reordering times.
For control purposes, there is already a clear dashboard (role-based) in the system standard as well as standard reports with clear diagrams and tables. The data is based on networked sales, purchasing, inventory and CRM transactions. Excel exports are possible at the touch of a button. This makes it easy to get an overview (e.g. order backlogs, turnover, material consumption), to initiate measures to minimise time and costs and to identify patterns and trends at an early stage.

Tree Scheme for Orders (add-on)
The tree structure of the TreeControl add-on from orderbase enables you to quickly overview even complex production orders including components as well as dependencies of the component groups on each other. In addition, individual production steps of the production orders are displayed in the add-on for Dynamics NAV.

Planning Board for Production (add-ons)
Keep an overview and control of your production plan and display it even more clearly. Simply extend Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV with a graphical planning board. We offer you either the complex solution orderbase Megaboard or the add-on Visual (Advanced) Production Scheduler from Netronic. Visualise your data from a variety of sources and get new insights with Power BI for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Tie-in truck scale
In the building materials industry, the weight of goods plays a major role. As mentioned before, it is possible to work with different units in Dynamics 365 Business Central (e.g. hours, kilos, packages) and to convert units automatically (e.g. 1 pallet equals 1,200 pieces).
The following customisations are also possible and popular:

Truck scale connection (customization)
For the determination of the weight of goods such as sand, we offer you the connection of a truck scale to your ERP system. This means that the weight is displayed in the sales order.

Overdelivery (customization)
For goods such as sand and foils, delivery quantities sometimes vary. With our customisation it is possible to vary the delivery quantities in your ERP system within certain limits (e.g. 10%). A conceivable example would be if instead of 1.5 tonnes of sand, for example, 1.55 tonnes of sand were delivered.
This function is included as standard in purchase orders from Dynamics 365 Business Central 17, but not in sales. This exemplary adjustment refers to the latter.

Underdelivery (customization)
It is possible for a company to order 10 tonnes of a commodity, for example, but only receive delivery of 9 tonnes.
As a result, one tonne would remain in the order and the order would remain open. The employees would have to manually reduce the quantity in the order and delete the order.
We programme you an adjustment with which you can simply indicate that it is an underdelivery. Then the order is automatically closed and the order deleted.
Plan tours
The number one challenge in the building materials industry is still the efficient organisation of logistics processes. This means optimal route planning and maximum utilisation of transport vehicles.
In Dynamics 365 Business Central Standard, you can map the supply chain and thus the flow of goods in a network. Returns can be easily processed and freight prices can be easily determined.

For optimal tour planning, we implement an interface to a software of your choice (e.g. Wanko). This allows you to optimise your tours – even across staff.

Dispatch processing and label creation incl. hazardous goods (add-on)
For optimal dispatch processing and label printing, we offer you an interface to the add-on Comsol Multiship.
The add-on also helps you to comply with all EU transport regulations for the transport of dangerous goods. In this way, the necessary information and documents are made available to the carrier as part of the shipping process.

Dispatch tracking (interface)
We can program an interface to a system of your choice (e.g. DPD) for shipment tracking.

Customs declaration (add-on)
With the Comsol Exposys Zoll Atlas AES add-on, exporting companies can declare their exports directly from Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV to the Atlas procedure of the German customs administration. The entire declaration (MRN), the approval process, the export accompanying document (ABD) and the proof of export are transparently available digitally to all sales and shipping staff.
Invoicing
In the system standard, Dynamics 365 Business Central offers extensive functions in the areas of invoicing, financial accounting and cost accounting as well as reports to accelerate financial statements. As previously mentioned, the system also automatically sends recommendations, for example to exploit discounts or avoid overdue fines.

Companies often outsource the collection of payments. For this purpose, we simply implement an interface to a debt collection company.
