In our first conversation we get to know each other, clarify mutual expectations and give you space for your open questions.
Step 3: Get to know the team
This is followed by an optional second interview with your potential manager. After this, a decision is made on both sides. We think about whether you fit in with us, and you think about whether anaptis is the right employer for you.
Step 4: You got the job
If you thrill us and we thrill you, you've got the job! Every newbie in the anaptis family receives an exclusive welcome package and a buddy for the introductory period.

Your questions about the application process.

  • Is there a dress code at anaptis?

    We do not have a dress code. Wear what you feel comfortable in. We usually wear jeans and shirts.

    With us, you can wear casual clothing or your leisure wear. By that we don’t mean sweatpants, but an outfit that is relaxed but still presentable. So feel free to grab a sweater/shirt/shirt and jeans/cotton pants and sneakers/ankle boots or however you like it.

    In the summer, we also allow men to wear shorts (knee-length) and women to wear dresses and skirts and open-toed shoes. You can certainly get a feel for dress style on our Instagram channel, where we feature our employees and Office Life.

    The only time you should dress a little dressier is when you’re meeting with clients. Then you’re welcome to wear a shirt or blouse.

  • Can I submit a speculative application to anaptis?

    Yes, absolutely! Of course, you also have the option of submitting a speculative application. Send us your application!

  • What documents should I attach to my application and what information is important to anaptis?

    We ask for a complete application including:

  • Do you also offer remote job interviews at anaptis?

    Of course, we adapt to current circumstances and also conduct job interviews via Microsoft Teams.

  • Car, bus or bike – What is the best way to get to anaptis?

    If you arrive by car, you will find parking spaces directly in front of our buildings and on the street.

    You can also park and connect your bike at the bike stand. The rack is covered and lighted.

    You will also find a number of bus stops in our vicinity.
