  • Internship abroad (training)

    We offer our trainees the possibility to do an internship abroad. We can determine the place and duration together according to your ideas.

  • Independent work and variety of tasks

    With us, you don’t work day after day in a small defined area of responsibility. Because we are independent of any industry, our employees are constantly working their way into the most diverse areas, each managing at least their own (sub-) projects. Everyone as much as he or she wants and can.

    In addition, everyone is welcome to contribute his or her ideas. We are open to new ideas and are happy to let you help shape your own individual field.

  • Flexible working hours

    You can set your working hours with us flexibly – of course always in consultation with your team. It is important that we can guarantee that our customers can reach someone during our core working hours from 08:30 to 17:00. We are also happy to accommodate a wide variety of working time models such as part-time & Co. by arrangement.

  • Flexible work locations (remote option)

    With us, you are 100 % flexible in the design of your work location. We offer you to work in a modern office as well as remotely. It is important to us that you can combine your job and your family. Of course we are happy to meet you in the office from time to time.

  • High takeover rate (training)

    We clearly train for our own needs, so that trainees can also practice the profession they learned with us. We are very pleased when we can inspire our team members as an employer and they are happy to stay.

  • Full-time contract

    We don’t think much of fixed-term contracts! We want to work with you for the long term, so our full-time positions are usually permanent. After the probationary period, you’re invited to stay. Welcome to the anaptis family!

  • Ergonomic workplaces

    You will work in a modern building in the Technology Park (max. four people/office). To keep you healthy, you will also receive an ergonomic workstation including a height-adjustable desk.

  • Bike leasing (Jobrad)

    Ride your bike to work? It’s good for your health and for our environment. Together with JobRad, we offer our employees the opportunity to lease bikes. From cargo bikes to e-bikes. For private pleasure, too, of course.

  • Free drinks and fruit

    We do what we can to help you get and stay healthy. We offer fresh fruit and drinks (water, coffee, tea, etc.) for free. With this we want to promote your health and concentration.
