Your tasks

As a Customer Success Manager (f/m/d), you give your best to our customers every day. You will be involved from the very beginning. From the first contact, through onboarding in the software solution, to long-term support. Your goal is to build and expand long-term business relationships.

Before you read the tasks: Don’t worry. You don’t have to be a programmer or a professional in our software solution. We are looking for someone with a hands-on mentality who is up for an exciting new challenge. We can teach you everything else!

A varied daily routine awaits you. Your tasks at a glance:

  • You regularly give webinars for interested parties, in which you guide them through our software solutions and show them how they can be used.
  • You are the first point of contact for our new cloud customers and provide them with advice
  • You pave the way for our cloud customers into the software solution and ensure a successful start with your onboarding
  • You have the instinct to identify customer needs and requirements for improved product development (cross- and upselling)
  • You create reliable documentation and reports
  • You work closely with our system administration, the developers and the marketing department

Your profile

We are looking for people, not degrees (nevertheless, we give you an orientation below). We expect:

Required criteria:

  • a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience
  • experience in customer service, key account management or sales
  • affinity for technical topics (especially ERP systems)
  • strong customer and service orientation
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • very good language skills in German

Desired criteria:

Knowledge of working with ERP systems (ideally Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central).

You are enthusiastic about the job description, but you think that you can’t fulfill the specifications 100%? That doesn’t matter! We will tackle the missing percentages together.
