(Junior) Video Producer (f/m/d)

You know a lot about moving images? You would like to manage video projects on your own responsibility and implement your own ideas and trends without unnecessarily long decision-making processes? We are looking for a creative talent to tackle or professionalize our external presentation in the form of videos (from social media stories to customer references).

We look forward to welcoming you on-site at our Münster office – but you are also welcome to work remotely. You are welcome to work on the tasks that you can also do at home. It’s up to you to decide.

Become an indispensable part of our marketing team and support Linda and Jessika. You will work together as a team – but you will also have some independent parts.

Your tasks

You will be a full-fledged member of our marketing team, which is already looking forward to your support! You will be responsible for the video projects independently, from the conception of the storyboard to the organization and execution of the shoot to the editing. More precisely, your area of responsibility is as follows:

  • You plan the video content together with the marketing team based on the needs of our target groups
  • You create the concepts and storyboards for videos
  • You produce videos (organization of the set, shooting)
  • You edit videos
  • You publish videos

Your profile

We are looking for people, not degrees (nevertheless, we give you an orientation below). You’ll quickly notice that our team includes a wide variety of experiences, talents and characters. And we want more of them!

  • a successfully completed education in the field of digital media, media science, graphic design, media production or similar or comparable professional experience
  • first experience in video production
  • confident handling of video editing programs (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
  • interest in topics such as online, content and social media marketing (at best, you keep yourself constantly up to date)
