Your tasks

As a Project Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV (f/m/d), you will be in close contact with customers to learn about their requirements and processes and plan the implementation. At the same time, you are the link to your development team. This is because you delegate tasks within the team and ensure that projects are successfully implemented on budget and on time. In doing so, the promotion of team spirit is also essential.

But that’s not all: at our company, project managers for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV (f/m/d) also program themselves and are not just hired for managerial tasks. That’s why it’s important to us that as a project manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV (f/m/d), you not only understand business processes, but also have your own experience in programming and customizing Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV/Navision).

 

  • You take over the content-related and commercial project responsibility
  • You take over the technical leadership within your team
  • You plan the resources for projects
  • You accompany the entire development process in customer projects as a partner and are the coordinating interface between users and developers
  • You implement the ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV) and adapt it to customer-specific requirements
  • You budget and monitor projects, for example by creating concepts or reports for the customers
  • You create effort estimates for the sales department
  • You advise and support our customers in an honest and appreciative manner
  • You conduct team-oriented workshops and trainings

Your profile

We are looking for people, not degrees (nevertheless, we give you an orientation below). We expect:

  • experience in the management of customer projects
  • completed studies with focus on (business) informatics/business administration or comparable professional training
  • experience in the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (programming language AL) or Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision (programming language C/AL)
  • knowledge of Visual Studio, C#, .NET, SQL Server
  • very good language skills in German
  • good language skills in English
