LUNUX GmbH, based in Laatzen, Germany, produces and distributes LED exterior and interior lighting. With its own brands HELLUX and HELLA, LUNUX GmbH can serve a wide range of industries. Its customer base includes municipalities, private project sponsors, industry, trade, logistics and rail transport.

Initial situation

“We are still using an old version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which

  • does not meet our current requirements and
  • is not an image of reality (the processes in the ERP system are not as realistic as they should be).

We therefore need a better tailoring to our needs. But since we are convinced of the basic idea of the system, we decide against all alternatives and for a new partner. On the recommendation of a company known to us, we came across anaptis from Münster.

As the first step in a project with a new partner, we are planning to optimize our processes, especially in terms of logistics and production. We hope for an improvement through the know-how of experts. In order to have as little impact as possible on our day-to-day work and above all not to have to interrupt production, we aim for a short period of time for this modernization.”
