As a wholesaler and retailer, Fliesen Hüning has been a reliable partner for many private and business customers for more than 50 years. The requirements for the ERP software had risen steadily over the years, so that the previous solution had reached its limits. New paths had to be created with Dynamics NAV and anaptis.

Initial situation

„The main problem is our old software, which we have been working with since 1999. Although it is easy to use, which was also the main criterion when it was introduced, it offers too few opportunities to manage the daily business satisfactorily. There are particularly strong shortcomings in the areas of logistics, controlling and purchasing.

It becomes increasingly difficult to manage inventories and the integration of batch management is unthinkable. There has to be a fast and uncomplicated solution. First attempts by our old software supplier to implement the desired features using Typo 3 were not successful. A change of the ERP is therefore unavoidable.“
