Palettenpool Deutschland was founded in 2007 in Soest. The company sells, exchanges or rents exchangeable carriers on the European market. The product range includes Euro pallets, EURO mesh boxes, E2 boxes and H1 pallets.

“Before we reached out to anaptis, we had one core problem and that was the speed of our business software. At times, it took 13 to 14 seconds to move from one view (e.g. delivery bill) to the next view (e.g. purchase order). In addition, detours were often necessary to complete activities.

On the one hand, the business software was reliable in the standard – on the other hand, however, it was very rigid and inflexible with regard to individual challenges. In addition, the design was not modern or user-friendly.

Finally, we knew: Even though we have maintained a paperless office since day one, we still have potential in the area of digitalization. This included moving from our server-based solution to a cloud solution.”

Both the system performance and the automatisms led to time savings of up to 80% today. In addition, we now work much more precisely.

In addition, we now benefit from a cloud solution that is constantly being developed by Microsoft and no longer have to deal with tedious issues such as server maintenance and problem location.

Lastly, we can say that the programming quality of anaptis is outstanding, so we are already looking at further steps such as Microsoft Power BI integration.”
