3 Individual adaptions

Do you have very specific business processes that cannot be mapped either in the standard system or by an add-on? No problem. Our experienced developers will find a solution. The following is a selection of examples of customizations we have already implemented for our logistic companies.     Companies often outsource the collection of payments. To do this, we simply implement an interface to a collection company.

    If required, we will provide you with an individual adaptation regarding label printing, for example for shipping and/or item labels (printer language ZPL).

  • Licensing of sales packaging or packaging license (DerGrünePunkt)

    For ecological reasons, companies should or must be able to prove which packaging they put into circulation. By the packaging law (Germany: VerpackG) the material recycling is even legally prescribed for the vast majority of sales packaging. As a result, manufacturers and other distributors (or dealers) are obliged to participate in a dual system for the sales packaging they put out.

    We have extended the system standard for some of our customers to the extent that they can enter the necessary data on sales packaging directly in the system. In addition, we have programmed an evaluation in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV, which provides all delivered sales packaging with date, weight and packaging type as a table. With the help of this data, the customer can carry out the notification to the system “DerGrünePunkt”.

  • Overdelivery

    For goods such as sand and foil, the quantities delivered sometimes vary. By means of our customization it is possible to vary the delivery quantities in your ERP system within certain limits (e.g. 10%). A possible example would be if instead of 1.5 tonnes of sand, for example, 1.55 tonnes of sand is delivered.

    This function is included in purchase orders as of Dynamics 365 Business Central 17 in the standard, but not in sales. This exemplary customization refers to the latter.

  • Pallet account or load carrier management

    It is important for companies in this sector to have an overview of pallet movements:

    • How many pallets do we owe the customer?
    • Did we deliver the pallets to the customer?
    • How many pallets does the customer owe us?
    • Did we receive the pallets from the customer?

  • Shipment tracking

    To determine the weight of goods such as sand, we offer you the connection of a truck scale to your ERP system. This way, the weight is displayed in the sales order.

  • Underdelivery

    It is possible, for example, that a company orders 10 tons of a raw material but only gets 9 tons delivered.

    As a result, one ton would remain in the order and the order would remain open. An employee would have to manually reduce the quantity in the order and delete the order.

    We program you a customization with the help of which you can simply indicate that it is an underdelivery. Then the order is automatically closed and the order is deleted.
