“Up to now, offline entry of sales orders was only possible in a local Dynamics NAV installation on the field staff’s equipment. With an existing Internet connection, the orders entered there could then only be transferred to the Dynamics NAV system via an individually developed interface solution. This process took a very long time and was error-prone due to the database synchronization. All price agreements or similar had to be entered manually in the ‘Main Dynamics NAV’. It was neither possible to query the current stock nor the current price configuration at the customer’s site.”
