“We worked with CRM software specially developed for recruitment agencies, which no longer mapped the invoicing process efficiently enough due to our company’s growth from formerly 5 to now over 70 employees. By placing highly qualified consultants with our customers, it was important that the contract management and the entire invoicing process runs efficiently and without errors. In our current system, however, this involved a lot of manual work. In order to continue to work efficiently and error-free in the future, our processes needed to be adapted. This concerned in particular the organization of current contracts as well as the accounts receivable and accounts receivable management including payment management and dunning.
Our reporting and reporting system was also affected by this. We were working with a data model that has to be updated manually and is based on our CRM system as well as various decentralized Excel tables. In order to be able to rely on our data basis at all times, even with increasing company growth, we wanted a system that always delivers reliable data in real time without the need for any additional work.“

The subsequent reporting is now highly automated and the error rate due to the previously manually maintained Excel spreadsheets has been greatly reduced due to the degree of automation and thus the elimination of manual individual steps.
