This Anveo Mobile Sales App makes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV/Navision) mobile. Working on the go is thus possible without any problems – offline and independent of network coverage. What a relief!

With the mobile connection, you directly access customers, orders and prices digitally. In addition, the sales conversation can be supported digitally (e.g. through digital product catalogs, bookmarked items, joint order creation).

In concrete terms, this means that you no longer have to create call protocols twice, for example. In addition, you can already define quotations and create orders at the customer’s site. Sales figures and customer data can also be easily updated when necessary.

Service technicians: Anveo Mobile Service App

The Anveo Mobile Service App is perfect for you as a service technician, because Anveo’s mobile ERP extension offers you effective relief. The ability to use Microsoft Dynamics offline and thus view all customer data and order information sustainably optimizes the way you work.

Managing service orders is child’s play (e.g. creating an order, notifications about the journey) and you can also record working times at any time.

At the customer’s site, many details can be documented digitally (e.g. start of work, service items, documents and photos, articles). Photos, for example of damage, can be imported directly into the system on the move and saved in the service order. Work that has been completed can thus be recorded precisely and at the time it happened. In addition, suitable articles can be found quickly using a barcode scanner.
